Lindsey is (slowly!) continuing her studies in Public Administration and Governance on a part-time basis. With what little time she has left over after studying, you’ll likely find her curled up watching a movie with her husband and two much loved cats.

Lindsey is Lorna Yates’ ardent Legal Assistant / Junior Law Clerk and is usually involved in all areas of Lorna’s practice on a day-to-day basis.
Shortly after graduating from Seneca College with a diploma in Paralegal Studies in 2013, Lindsey started working in family law, assisting counsel for Jewish Family & Child Service and later going on to work as the society’s Disclosure Administrator. She obtained her paralegal license with the Law Society of Ontario in 2018. After briefly dabbling in civil law, Lindsey has found her passion in litigation and family law.
